XiCast Refund Policy

vBlogs:

  • Paid vBlog accounts are guaranteed 99.99% service up-time. In the event that 24 hours of service unavailability occurs in any one-month billing cycle, the affected account will be credited one month of free service.
  • Accounts that automatically rebill will be refunded the monthly service charge if the owner cancels the account within 24 hours of the most recent transaction.

DRM (Digital Rights Management):

  • DRM License delivery guarantees 99.99% up-time service availability. It does not guarantee end-user compatibility. Interruptions to XiCast provided service will be credited on a per-hour basis for charged services.

Video Broadcasting :

  • Video Broadcasting guarantees 99.99% up-time of XiCast provided network and hardware. Interruptions to provided services will be credited on a per-hour basis for charged services.
  • Downloaded videos will not be refunded.
  • Streamed video on Pay-per-view basis will not be refunded after digital ticket has been redeemed.
  • Credits may be offered at XiCast's discretion.

Additional Services

  • We pride ourselves upon our history of 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy varies from project to project for additional services. Please refer to the refund and guarantee statement in your contract or contact your sales associate. You may also contact Xicast here with any questions or concerns.
  • XiCast reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on XiCast's website.You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
